Bob Yocum drives from Philadelphia to Lancaster. The first half of the distance of his trip, he drives at a constant speed of 80 mph/h.
The second half of the distance of his trip, he drives at a constant speed of 120 mph/h.
Question: What is Bob's average speed for the complete trip?
Hint: The solution is not 100 mph/h!

Frank the Hot Dog Man...
Frank a hot dog vendor at an Eagles game sells one half of his supply of hot dogs during the first half of the game.
During halftime, he sells a total of five hot dogs. During the second half, he sells three eighths of his original supply.
He is left with only four hot dogs.
Question: How many did he have to start with?
